It was a great experience.. I came in from working all night long and I needed to sleep. The front desk person Karen was very helpful in getting me a room and explaining in detail what was required as I said I was very tired so she wasted no time in getting me checked in and efficiently explained the bill and charges on my account. She directed me to my room and wished me well. It was a great experience. I would definitely return
