I had a package delivered by UPS to the office but then got lost. I talked to Nicole about this and she said she would look into it. She immediately got to work on it and kept me updated about what was happening and she resolved the problem very quickly! I am extremely pleased and thankful with the way she handled the situation. Nicole is a great manager and I feel like she is a wonderful asset to your company!
