I told the front desk that my kitchen light had stopped working and immediately their maintenance man, James, was at my door. After having a look determined it needed to be replaced. He must have set a record because in no time he was finished. To top it off, he did it with hardly making a sound which was incredible being my two small children were in bed taking a nap. He was so pleasant and professional. IV never had better service!
