To whom it may concern, I would like to thank the whole team at Siegel Select Convention Center for outstanding customer service. I’m a Disabled Veteran, who have a lot of issues with health. If it wasn’t for Chelsea and her wonderful team, I wouldn’t made it through my year stay here with my family, especially during the Corona Virus pandemic. They showed the same type of care as the military does. Her leadership and manager skills exceeded my expectations. I considered them family in a very professional way. I’ve been around the world in different locations, this establishment by far is the best experience you can ask for, including the Security team. Myself and my family felt comfort in living there. There wasn’t a day, that Chelsea and her team, made anyone feel indifferent. They are always, happy, attentive, understanding, loving and caring. So many of my friends that are coming to Vegas, know about this wonderful establishment, and they will be coming to stay in the near future. We will truly miss Chelsea and her team, as our time in Vegas has come to an end. I will be back in September to participate in the World Series of Poker series, and I will be staying at Siegel Select again. This is a place where I can call my second home. The property was always clean, safe with superb living conditions. I recommend this place to anyone and all. We will truly miss the Siegel Select team.
