This is about the manger at the Alexandria, Louisiana hotel. She is a very caring, compassionate person. She’s really helped us enjoy our stay here. She tries to make you feel at home. So far this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for having such great people working at this hotel. The entire staff here is very friendly and caring.
