This place is a great place foe people who are looking to find a place. The rates were super reasonable. Jason, Bree and Amanda are nothing but wonderful staff. They are great they will work with you in what ever you need. They are pet friendly!!! I would highly recommend!

New to the area and need a place to stay while my spouse and I found an apartment. Jason was more than willing to help us out and accommodate our every need. From friendly service, to a clean room with all the amenities, thanks to Siegel Select, but more importantly Jason - we were able to make the transition flawlessly. Jason really cares about the tenants, the guests, and property, interacting with him and seeing him constantly looking to improve the standards and facilities Jason goes the extra mile to ensure all who stay and reside here are taken care of. Managers Lionel and Sara and Crystal are very respectful and professional.The room was clean, safe parking area, hot water 24x7 , great internet connection, great security personnel and cleaning staff and all this for a reasonable price.I highly recommend this place for a long stay.I planned for 2 weeks stay and ended up staying 2 months

I have been a resident of the Siegel Select located on 7260 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV since October of 2021. During my stay here, I have had a very positive experience overall. The management and staff here have always been accommodating and have always dealt with me in a respectful manner. I came to reside here as a result of a change to my previous living circumstances, and their professionalism certainly made it a lot easier for me to deal with that transition in my life. I would just like to thank them for their generosity and praise them for their work ethic. Keep up the good work everyone!
