Yesterday in my extended stay room, the air conditioner froze up. I alerted Tracy, The G.M., and less than 24 hours later a new unit was installed. Tony, maintenance lead, quickly, efficiently and professionally installed the unit. It works and looks beautiful. Tony has been a stalwart with all repair needs. He is honest and consistent I greatly appreciate them both. K

I would like to take a moment to thank the staff here, in this day and age people complain to quickly and are slow to give praise when it is due. Stacy and her staff do a fantastic job , but I want to say that dealing with Tony the maintenance person has always been a good experience . He always responses in a timely manner on the rare occasion that there is an issue, and he gets right down to work solving the problem , he is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with ! keep up the great work Siegel Select Team ! Great place to stay. Very clean, no bugs, and has been updated nicely. Staff and manager are very nice and friendly and work with you. I work 3rd shift and she never disrespects us about anything.

Hello, I just wanted to say thank you to Siegel Select for Blessing me with a safe and wonderful place to stay with short notice! This location has an amazing staff that has assisted me several times and I appreciate them and I'm so grateful in so many ways. I wish to recognize the professionalism, kindness, and compassion of Jennifer, Rose, Jeanny the regional manager who assisted me when I visited during a great time of need, and the maintenance crew who are efficient, prompt and courteous, and keep the property looking great inside and out.
