on thursday 9/7/23 siegel suites select had a very nice barbecue for the tenants. this was such a lovely thing to do for all of the tenants at siegel suites select. i have lived here for several years and this is one of the nicest things siegel has done for its tenants. . i am very appreciative. the food was delicious and we even got a free t shirt which i like very much. also every day we get free donuts from pink box which are very delicious and i appreciate that because i have a sweet tooth so thank you for that. i would also like to compliment the great staff at siegel suites select. i would like to thank tracy who is a exceptional manager, shauna who is also exceptional, david who is very good at his job, john who is new to the staff and he does a great job as well. i would also like to compliment tony who is the greatest maintenance man i have ever seen. this week i had to have tony come fix my shower. i had a low flow problem and the drain was also filling up with water. tony came to my place on monday 9/5/23 and he replaced the shower head and he fixed the drain. he did it very quickly. he is amazing. your staff at siegel suites select has excellent customer service skills and everyone here is so pleasant every day. i also would like to compliment the ladies who do the housekeeping. they do a great job every day. keep up the great work. i as a tenant really appreciate everything you do. again thank you for the great barbecue.

Yesterday in my extended stay room, the air conditioner froze up. I alerted Tracy, The G.M., and less than 24 hours later a new unit was installed. Tony, maintenance lead, quickly, efficiently and professionally installed the unit. It works and looks beautiful. Tony has been a stalwart with all repair needs. He is honest and consistent I greatly appreciate them both. K

I would like to take a moment to thank the staff here, in this day and age people complain to quickly and are slow to give praise when it is due. Stacy and her staff do a fantastic job , but I want to say that dealing with Tony the maintenance person has always been a good experience . He always responses in a timely manner on the rare occasion that there is an issue, and he gets right down to work solving the problem , he is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with ! keep up the great work Siegel Select Team !
