My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your Siegel location in Albuquerque Nm. I just wanted to complement the wonderful staff at this location, Jerry had us checked into our room in no time and was very pleasant and Robert had the room in absolutely perfect condition!!

We have lived at Siegel multiple times and at multiple locations, the location here at Ellison has by far exceeded many of the other locations. Jerry and Robert go above and beyond even when the unpleasant guests are complaining. Weather the office is swamped with guests, or empty they are always ready to help with smiles on there faces. Robert does an excellent job making the necessary repairs and checks back to make sure your satisfied. They go out of their way time after time to accommodate guests, and also trying to please the hardest of people you can imagine.

I just wanted to express my feeling after staying in Siegel Hotel Albuquerque. During the rainstorm last night i saw one guy walking outside. When he came inside the hotel he greeted me and ask if everything was ok. I told him everything is ok and ask him what was he doing outside in that thunder and rainstorm. He told me he is the Manager and making sure that the hotel and the residents were safe. If this is the commitment level of Siegel Employees where ever i go during my travel I would like to stay with Siegel Hotels. Apart from that the frontdesk staff is very friendly as well as the rooms are nice and clean.
