I recently concluded a lengthy stay at Siegel Select at 7260 Las Vegas Blvd. I wanted to send a note to let you know that I found the property to have a strong staff that did an excellent job. I always found the property General Manager, Tracy Holys, to be great at meeting the challenges of that were presented, especially during the past several months when Covid prevented unique situations.

This young lady named Kenyelle whom works at the Dallas,Tx. Location is about the sweetest customer service employee at this location, she makes me feel important when I step in the office door she always refer to me as Ms. Thurmon. She has been here every since I been here and she has never been rude. That’s what’s keeping me here.

I’m truly grateful for Xena and her incredible patience, and easy laugh. She is relentless when it comes to the satisfaction of your guest. On the occasion repairs are required, Tom has gone above and beyond with kindness and patience. The dedication, commitment and impeccable customer service of your entire staff is impressive and exceeds my expectations. To whom it may concern, I would like to thank the whole team at Siegel Select Convention Center for outstanding customer service. I'm a Disabled Veteran, who have a lot of issues with health. If it wasn't for Chelsea and her wonderful team, I wouldn't made it through my year stay here with my family, especially during the Corona Virus pandemic. They showed the same type of care as the military does. Her leadership and manager skills exceeded my expectations. I considered them family in a very professional way. I've been around the world in different locations, this establishment by far is the best experience you can ask for, including the Security team. Myself and my family felt comfort in living there. There wasn't a day, that Chelsea and her team, made anyone feel indifferent. They are always, happy, attentive, understanding, loving and caring. So many of my friends that are coming to Vegas, know about this wonderful establishment, and they will be coming to stay in the near future. We will truly miss Chelsea and her team, as our time in Vegas has come to an end. I will be back in September to participate in the World Series of Poker series, and I will be staying at Siegel Select again. This is a place where I can call my second home. The property was always clean, safe with superb living conditions. I recommend this place to anyone and all. We will truly miss the Siegel Select team.
